Silence Fallen

A Mercy Thompson Novel, #10

Mercy is great and I love reading about her adventures. There is always something going on with her and her pack of wolves. When she goes out to get more supplies to make chocolate chip cookies she gets severely beaten and then kidnapped. When she wakes up she has no way of contacting Adam or the rest of the pack and has to rely on herself and her skills to get out of her situation. When Adam realizes the Mercy is in trouble he does his best to help but arrives too late. Now he has to figure out not only who has Mercy but how to get her back.

Adam and Mercy are the perfect power couple in my opinion. They run a pack together and even though Mercy is a coyote the pack treats her as a true alpha. Mercy has fought so hard to get the respect of the pack and I think "Silence Fallen" will solidify that respect or break it completely. I loved how the author did different points of views, it helped keep track of what was going on and the headings in the beginning of each chapter were great. I have no problem recommending this book and I hope I get to read the next one in the series as well.
